Order Timeline

Our company handcrafts all products within seven (7) working days if parts are in stock.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
After this time, please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery, via USPS.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

All items that are in the on-line shop are pre-made and ready to ship. Special orders and requested customizations require additional time to be completed before they are shipped.

Both are handmade, but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take seven (7) days to be created for you (prior to shipping).

Handmade Disclaimer

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:
• Not catching it on objects.
• Not tugging or pulling on it.
• Not tying it in a knot.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
• Too much pressure is applied to the jewelry.
• It is left out in the sun.
• It is placed in a washing machine.

Custom Orders

We always love creating new products from scratch.
Please contact us for a quote.
Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.

Igugu Beads ships worldwide (excluding Antartica).

United States

USPS First Class Mail – Flat Rate. Delivery after shipment date is 1 to 3 days (according to USPS). Tracking will be provided. You can sign up for text and email alerts to follow your package.

We offer free shipping on orders of $35 or more to the U.S.

Outside of United States

USPS First Class International Mail – Flat Rate. Delivery after shipment date is dependent on destination (according to USPS). Tracking is available and you will be provided with the number.

Free shipping is available on orders of $125 or more.

International Shipping

Igugu Beads currently only ships to USA and Canada.

We are not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.


USPS First Class International Mail – Flat Rate. Delivery after shipment date is 6 to 10 days (according to USPS). Tracking may or may not be available. If it is available, you will be provided with the number.

Cost Calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  • *Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
  • *We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers on orders under fifty dollars $50.
  • *We offer free shipping nationally (U.S.) on all orders of more than fifty dollars ($50).


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need seven (7) days to be handmade.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift Cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We do our best to send you a quality product.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first, so we can expedite its return to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Request for Review

Your input is important to us.

We will be sending you an opportunity to review your purchase from Igugu Beads. This is done through a third party company. To review their terms and conditions, click here.


If you are not happy with your purchase (and the product has not been worn or damaged, i.e., it is in its original condition), we will refund your money after the item(s) arrives back to us.
Please contact Igugu Beads before submitting any returns.
To return your product, ship it to: Igugu Beads, P.O. Box 1644, Alpine CA 91903, USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed upon arrival, provided the product is in its original condition.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
