When will I receive my order?

Ready to Ship Items

Products that are “ready to ship” are shipped within 1 to 2 days via USPS First Class Mail (see below).

Custom-made orders will require 5 to 7 days to process, then ship via USPS First Class Mail (see below)

United States

USPS First Class Mail – Flat Rate. Delivery after shipment date is 1 to 3 days (according to USPS). Tracking will be provided. You can sign up for text and email alerts to follow your package.

Worldwide (excluding U.S.)

USPS First Class International Mail – Flat Rate. Rates are dependent on shipping destination. Delivery times after shipment date is dependent on location (according to USPS). Tracking will be available after shipping. Packages are shipped from the U.S.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International Mail (outside of the U.S.).

If you are located inside the United States, you should receive your order within two weeks.

Do you create custom orders from scratch?

Absolutely! Please contact us for a quote.

What if I don't see the color I want?

Each product design is unique. If you are looking for a specific color and/or design, please contact us for a customization quote.

Will my piece of jewelry look exactly like the picture?

Each piece is handcrafted. If there is more than one available, they will be as close as possible to the picture.

If you choose to have a previously “sold-out” piece remade, it may differ slightly, depending on the available materials.
